What a high risk move.. I now know what promotion and who this is, thanks to PuroPuro from the Wrestling channel fourm for the info...

The event is called XPW(Xtreme Pro Wrestling) Freefall. The match is between New Jack and Vic Grimes, a 40ft freefall match, New Jack throws Vic Grimes to far and he misses most of the tables as you can see.
