Woody's Place - Cacti Section

Hi all welcome to the cacti section.

I have been collecting cacti for about 3 years and enjoy buying and collecting all different types of cacti, Good thing is they don't take much looking after (see cacti info) , And each 1 i have is different and really interesting.

I have some pictures of my cacti and would like you to e-mail me some of your to share with the rest of and show what mad cacti you have.

If you would like to e-mail them to me. I will upload into other peoples cacti section all credit goes to you if you have any stories to go with them i can put with your photos and any link if you have a website.

I have lots of photos this month so i got the help for a bit of software to do a photo album for me so i hope you like my photos. and don't forget if you have any cacti and would like to share some photos of them. please just take some photos of them e-mail them to me at woodysplace@hotmail.co.uk and i will upload them for all to see with all credit to you.


And as for my seeds, well not many germinated but it was my first time and i don't think they liked the environment to much light i think. But i will try again.
And i have yet to get my greenhouse up which i wanted done by now but it will get done soon
but for now i bought one of them little 3 tier greenhouses. and got all of them cacti of the kitchens sides.


You will see a nice macro picture i took and then framed. And my tall fast growing cacti sadly got tangled up with the blind and had to be cut but now it had two more sprouted out the top. Lets hope they don't grow as fast as the other one did.

Well my window seal is looking very busy now and not just my window seal here on my computer table i have seeds germinating about 200 or so and lots more to seed yet.
so by the time spring gets here i will have my greenhouse up and running and full of cacti.
you can see page 6 for lots of new photos and when the seed grow and get a bit bigger i will upload some photos of them and pictures of my greenhouse.
